Houston Real Estate shows signs of stability in April

Houston Real Estate showed definite signs of stability in the month of April with median home prices staying unchanged (after dropping in the entire first quarter) and inventory levels at a healthy 6.1 months. On the downside, total number of homes sold and pending home sales continued their downward trend. All in all, a mixed report that leaves us hopeful that a rise in housing numbers may be right around the corner.
